Washing from Left Hand to Elbow

اَللّهُمَّ لاَ تُعْطِنِي كِتَابِي بِشِمَالِي وَلاَ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي وَلاَ تُحَاسِبْنِي حِسَابًا شَدِيدًا

O Allah, do not give my book of deeds on my left hand or behind my back; let me not be among the unfortunate people who have wasted a whole life; Don't embarrass me by questioning me so that I can't handle it!
